Olympiapark

There is always something going on in the Olympic Park (site of the 1972 summer games) with the Olympic Stadium, the Olympic Tower, the Olympic Swimming Pool, the Ice Sport Centre, etc..

With its selection of various sports and events sites the Olympic Park has become one of the world's most important centres of leisure activities.

Münchener Tierpark Hellabrunn

The Munich zoo of Hellabrunn is harmoniously embedded in the natural reserve of the surrounding Isar floodplains providing ideal conditions of keeping the animals in their natural habitats.

Sea Life of Munich is unique in Germany and carries its visitors off into the underwater world from the springs of the river Isar via the Danube and the Black Sea to the depths of the Mediterranean Sea. On your way you can catch an amazing view of more than 10,000 fish from approx. 120 species.

Wildpark Poing

The game preserve Wildpark Poing is located off Munich. On 570,000 square metres you can see red deer, fallow-deer, roe, mufflons and wild boars almost living in their natural habitat. The animals are quite unafraid and even eat from your hand.

An amazing spectacle is the show of birds of prey such as falcons and eagles. The large playground with a kiosk and a picnic area in the centre of the preserve is where young and old meet.

Heavens Gate is a climbing area located next to Ostbahnhof and made by climbers for climbers. In Heavens Gate climbers are having fun enjoying high walls, much music and all kinds of grips. Here children, young people and adults can gain climbing experience.
